All merchandise will be shipped either by First Class Air Mail or at the discretion of the purchaser. Except where included in the purchase price, the cost of shipping and insurance will be added to the purchase price. The purchaser will be advised of the total cost of shipping then the total price in New Zealand dollars will be given before payment is made. Approximate exchange rate values will be given where required. All care will be taken by us in packaging, but no responsibility can be taken after the goods are sent. The purchaser will be notified when the goods are sent, including all tracking information.
Except where there is a Paypal button, payments are to be made through Paypal after receiving an email invoice from us. Alternative arrangements can be made by contacting us.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
All Tahiono Art Gallery publications and artworks are individually inspected before dispatching and are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when sent. No returns are accepted or refunds given. Cancellations are only accepted before the transaction has been processed.
